Returns Policy

This policy works in line with our Terms & Conditions and your rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Order Cancellations

All purchases are final.

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to cancel or make changes to it - our team begins processing right away to get it to you as quickly as possible.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re really sorry if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

3. Changed Your Mind? (Returns)

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind.

If you no longer want your item, you have the right to return any unused product within 14 days of receiving your order. Here's how:

How to Return:

  1. Let us know you’d like to return your item by contacting us here. Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.
  2. Repackage your items securely in their original packaging.
  3. Send your parcel to the following address:

Please note: You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • If returned items show obvious signs of use, we may deduct up to 50% from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • Refunds for items bought using a discount code will reflect the actual amount paid, not the original listed price.
