1. How do I place an order?

It’s quick and easy to shop with us, simply:

  1. Browse our products and select your preferred size (e.g. sample, travel)
  2. Click ‘Add to Cart’.
  3. To view your cart at any time, click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner.  
  4. When you’re ready, go to your cart, tick the box to agree to our Terms & Conditions, then click ‘Checkout’.
  5. At checkout, you can log in, create an account, or continue as a guest.
  6. Enter your delivery and billing details.
  7. Follow the payment instructions to complete your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including:

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • Paypal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We also offer flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options:

Klarna

3. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

4. What delivery options are available?

We currently offer UK delivery via:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–3 working days)

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

5. My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days, please contact us here with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away.

6. Can I return my products?

8. How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

9. Are your fragrances genuine?

Yes! We only purchase from reputable stores or direct from the brands website.

10. My sample smells different to what I have smelt before, why?

Perfumes can often mature, a process referred to as maceration or aging. This process allows the scent to develop, blend, and become more refined over time, potentially enhancing its longevity and complexity. As our fragrances are purchased regularly, they are often fresh and you may have previously smelt a mature version.

11. Why is my sample bottle not filled to the top?

Our bottles are not filled to the top to allow for ullage, a necessary space for liquid expansion during temperature changes or transportation. This ullage is also crucial for the functioning of the spray mechanism, providing the necessary air pressure to atomise the liquid. 

12. Can I request a fragrance for you to stock?

Absolutely! Just drop us a message here and we'll see what we can do.
