Fast Dispatch: We aim to ship your order the same day or within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). During busy periods like Christmas, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
Warehouse Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Reliable Delivery: All orders are sent via Royal Mail. We use Standard for orders under £10. All other orders are sent via Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.
